Look, I didn't want to like Stormbird. London has enough craft beer venues to fill a small city. But there's something about this place that feels genuine rather than engineered. It's a pub that knows exactly what it is and doesn't try to be anything else. The rotating taps mean there's always something new to discover, and the bring-your-own-food policy creates a community vibe that's increasingly rare in London's drinking establishments.
